Lenovo — my smart phone having to much problem only 2 month old

I have purched Lenovo a7000 2 month back this phone always show battery 100% And after 6 hours he shutdown not charging when phone is on he is charging when phone is shutdown.sound is also bvery bad. Phone disconnect problem .some time touch not work.
