Lenovo — now my phone is having network problem after get it repaired

sir i purchased lenovo p780 on 22/06/2014 at Rs 16000 after using it for two months sound of this phone was not working . taken it to one of your service centre at srinagar which is 70 km far from my home and got it repaired after 3 months . now using it for few days this phone has network problem and again taken it to service centre now they are asking me to wait again for one or two months . as i have already wasted time and money now i can not wait again. in booklet of this phone it has be cleared mentioned that if service provider is unable to repair phone the person is eligble for refund/replace kindly look into the matter my imei : [protected]
