Lenovo — Repair or change part of my system

[protected] (request concern in lenovo ) My system has display problem showing horizonta & vertical lines on screen .I register request to repair or change part in warranty but first lenovo say there is internal damage & secondly says consumer induced damage without any side investigation I am confirming to both consumers complaints & lenovo no any accident or manually injury to my system Lenovo finding some reason to reject my request I am requesting to consum complaints help me to solve my problem
