Lenovo — Under warranty Tablet not Repaired.

I want to complaint about the service being given to me for my under warranty Lenovo Tablet. I launched a request with Lenovo Care (#[protected] to resolve the H/W issue. But its almost 2 months and they don't have the required parts to repair it. So how long a customer is supposed to wait to getback the tablet in working condtion. And why they are selling such products which can't be repaired in two months. Atleast they could have replaced it. SN of the product is XD00118068. I don't want to use such company's product which has harassed me this much to give service for under warranty product even it is repaired in coming weeks which I don't believe is possible. I want my money back. Attached is the proof of purchase. Thanks, Ashish Mehta.
