Lenovo — warranty not being provided

Hi, my issues are pending since April 2013 and its 21st Oct 2013 as of today but my parts are yet to be replaced.Please help me.Its been such a very long time.I dont know if they are waiting for my warratny to expire.Waiting for the parts to get replaced since april means a lot.six months indeed means a lot.I hope you take a very serious note of my complaint and take the neccessary action against them. my service request number is : [protected]. my service order number is : [protected].
