Lenovo — Worst Customer Service for Thinkpad ADP warranty Laptop Customers | |||
I purchased a Lenovo Thinkpad E530C Laptop and since then I have been facing vague problems with the laptop. The laptop hangs when put from one table to another. I was told that the motherboard needs replacement so I demanded a new motherboard for the same but persistently I am being pressed upon to get a refurbished/repaired motherboard installed in my laptop. Their Manager Mr. Akash Jaggi and his colleague Mr. Alok have called me several times and have clearly refused to send me a new motherboard and have been pressurising me to get the repaired one installed in my Thinkpad laptop. This is highly unethical specially for the commercial Lenovo Thinkpad Edge series laptops under ADP warranty. I demanded a new machine as a replacement and was denied that too, Lenovo is making fool of consumers by selling Thinkpad machines with 'Accident damage protection' warranty. I feel if they cannot even get me a new motherboard then how will they replace my machine in case I ever get to claim the 'Accident Damage Protection' Warranty. Big cheaters.
