Respected sir, I have taken the appoint of home-eye-checkup at bhubaneswar through online portal of lenskart.com. And it has booked with the request no#[protected] under the promotional offer of family79 for 25th august, 2016 from02:30 pm-07:00 pm. But interestingly one of the member from bhubaneswar lenskart team called me on given mobile number and demanding more amount. I have asked the same in which basis i will give the extra amount to you. Because nowhere on your site mentioned for giving the extra amount for checking the family members. There is no clear cut terms & conditions regarding the same. While i have asked the same to him he has rudely spoke with me and cut the call.
