Lenskart — Product returned but money not refunded

False commitment and poor service:- After getting too many advertisement mails and messages of Lenskart regarding first free frame or first free lens I finally decided to go for it ( Via order no. #[protected]) but all went wrong. First :- Eye check done totally wrong with a difference of -.25 on both eyes Second :- I ordered for a Vincent Chase Top Guns VC 5158/P Black Grey Gradient but received and yellow color shade glass. Third :- On the same time when I received the product I immediately called them up and request for exchange my product with what I have ordered but they asked me extra money. That I denied and asked for return my money. I made this request on 7 Nov. and they picked their product on next day but till now I have not received my money back. You are very quick in taking the payment but not quick in returning the same. I called up many times and remind for payment return but still you give me store credit.
