[Resolved] Lenskart — Refund not initiated | |||
I ordered glasses from lenskart they send wrong item then when i called the they said i should not receive the product and as soon as they get the product back they will refund they messaged me that they have received the product but it will take few hour to initiate the refund. its been days now but i haven't received any call or message regarding my refund when i call customer care they keep saying it will will be done within few hour and they will call me to take my bank account info but no one calls or try to contact me my order no is [protected] Was this information helpful? | |||
