[Resolved] Lenskart — Returned product non-refunded | |||||
I have oredered Jacob John Frame with free lens offer from Lenskart on 29/10/2015 (Order ID: [protected]). The product has been delivered to me on 04/11/2015. The Frame was misaligned and logo was defective hence i requested for return on 06/11/2015. The product was delivered at lenskart end on 09/11/2015. They promised me that they will quality check for frame and amount will be refunded in my bank account within 5-6 working days. But when i call to their executive they keep repeating the same thing:"The product is under quality check". I am tired of asking them to refund the whole amount earliest.
