Hello, I am ashish kumar gupta and i used leo international packers and movers company service to move from g. Noida to bangalore. My car was delivered on 27th of june in bangalore. But while delivering the car one of your representative mr. I. S. Rao forced me to pay extra money of 9400 / - . (Paid through net banking imps - rrn number[protected] He told me that i have to first deposit this extra money in the icici account number then only car will be delivered. Leo international packers [protected] icic0002452 icici bank ltd Gurgoan ansal palam vihar branch Icici bank ltd, shop no. 16 and 17, paalam corporate plaza, palam vihar, gurgaon 122017, haryana, 122017 There was no previous communication regarding this extra payment that i have to made. Its only while i asked to deliver my car he asked me to first pay extra amount. I also asked him to send me the details and receipt for this extra amount but he didn't send the the receipts. After loading the stuff i was given the total bill of 75100. 00 / - which i paid in the form of post dated cheque (489567 in favor of leo international packers and movers) . They don't informed me about any requirement of paying additional 9400 / - at the time of loading or at time o[censored]nloading my household stuff or at the time of settling for the damages? I was only given the receipt of 75100 and not the complete amount. I was blackmailed at the time of delivering car and forced to pay 9400 / - before my car was delivered? This kind of blackmailing is not accepted from a established company. After calling and writing multiple times i. S. Absolutely you chosen the right way according your thinking but apart from that we done your job with a cheaper rate as well as better provided because you was our old customer that's why we trusted on you.
Ok now you are not paying a single paisa but on other hand we commit you that either we will collect the remaining amount from you or with the legal hand you will have to pay the total 38000/- kindly don't forget you given the cheque for the same.
