Letv Leeco — Worst service provided | |||||
This is complain regarding the service of letv leeco, i bought letv leeco 1s in feb and on may 11 my phone display broke, i submitted my phone to leetv service centre located in pimpri pune, they told me we dont change display either we replace phone and will charge 4000/- and you will get back your phone in 8 days. So i submitted my phone and after 8 days passed i called many times in service centre they never received my call and whenever i go to there service centre they told me we dont know when you will receive your phone and told me to talk to the company and then many times i called to letv leeco customer support and they always told me wait for few more days you will get your phone and its being 1 month now, there is no answer either from service centre or letv leeco that when i am going to receive my phone Was this information helpful? | |||||
