[Resolved] LG Electronic India — defective refrigerator | |||
we have purchased a LG refrigerator on 23rd feb 2015 from Modern sales sector 22 b chandigarh. Within 75 days we got complaint about cooling of refrigerator. then we registered the complaint regarding fault with complaint no. RNA[protected].on date 9-5-2015.then the engineer from LG visited and examined that there is a gas leaking problem.but we denied to get it repaired.we reported issue to retailer he logged complaint again with the complaint no. RNA[protected] then again after two days technician came and observed that there is leakage between compressor and condenser and he told this is manufacturing fault that will be repair within two days.but we are not ready to get it repaired because it is not more than three months since we purchased.we reported same to retailer but he denied for any help. technician who came did not get worksheet signed from me and did not give me to write. i don't want any repair .
