Worst service I bought a split AC three years back. It was working fine since I was doing regular service. I felt the customer service was really good with LG until I got a real problem in my AC. When there was a real problem, the service engineers don't know how to fix it. I understood they know only to clean the AC but not to fix the problem. Shame on them. Even if we call several times to the call center, they just speak like a recorded tape that they will send the executive tomorrow. When you talk to them in high pitch, they get panic and give the local area service engineer number. He too speak the same recorded tape and nobody will turn up because they are cleaners not engineers. I would suggest everybody to buy an AC which really have good service engineers and customer support. Don't waste your money on LG.
