LG Electronic India — No Service and faulty product being sold

Hi,
we purchesed a LG high end charcoal MJ3283BKG microwave on April 20 from Maharashtra electronics. On only 2 day it stopped working. After the 1 complaint technician said it was Ok. but when we launched the 2 complaint he agreed that its part needs replacement. after waiting for 2 weeks finally we got call that the part is not available and whole unit needs replcement. But the service centre was providing model below MJ3283BKG. hence we declined not its more than 2 months and still we have not received any feedback.
We dont want the product now, we want our money refunded for such bad service from LG. Please take strict action against LG and also the shop who sold us this faulty product.
please look into this and help us.
