[Resolved] LG Electronics — 43lf6300 tv part not being replaced through under warranty. | |||||
Lg 43lf6300 led tv stopped functioning from[protected]. Request for replacement of part was made vide no. Rna[protected]. I was given to understand that a wrong part was received and have been receiving messges whenever i contacted lg toll free no.[protected] that the part has been re-allocated. Upon contacting the sr. Service executive mr. Amarnath, ([protected]), whose number was provided by the person to whom i spoke to on the toll free number, repeatedly denies having received the part but admitted that a wrong part was received and a revised order has been placed on the firm. Spoken to mr. Shiv kumar ([protected]), who happens to be the head of the service centre at hyderbad did not yield any fruitful result. Now, he avoids attending my phone calls. No body from the service centre are ready to resolve the issue. After waiting for a week i think i have a right to put it across to a forum for help in getting the issue resolved Was this information helpful? | |||||
May 30, 2016 Complaint marked as Resolved The service mechanic came in the evening at or around 1745 hrs and replaced the mother board and initialized the TV again and left. LG Electronics customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||||
