[Resolved] LG Electronics — 55 inch LED TV defective for over 2 weeks

I had lodged a complaint with LG service toll free number on 30th September'14. A technician arrived on 3rd October'14 and stated that the SMPS was defective and he would return with the component. 2 days later we were informed that the part may take another 2-3 days. All that also got over on the 9th. Now sitting on 15th we still await fixing of our TV.
Also service centre continuously promises to put the complaint on URGENT status but no one calls. Attempts to reach the area service centre and Ms Anju consumer service representative have led to no contact. Only promises.
Before I go to court or the media I want to give the company one chance to fix the TV.
