[Resolved] LG Electronics — Broken handle of my refrigerator and no response from the LG customer care locally | |||
I, Dr. Palak Parthiv Patel, have purchased the LG Refrigerator on 15th February 2014, Bharuch, Gujarat. Now since 2 months the handle of the refrigerator has been broken. I have complained to the customer care of your LG Service. They gave me the complain number - RNA[protected] and guaranteed me the change of handle in 7 days. But there was no response from your side except a person came for taking the photograph of the handle. We complained to the local LG care provider after that. There number is[protected]. We called them more than 7 to 8 times. but sometimes they say piece has not yet arrived, sometimes say that the complain is cancelled. we demanded for an engineer for the repair of the handle but we are not happy by your service. We are now fed up of calling them daily without getting any response, since 1 month. So finally i decided to send an email complain hoping a proper response from you. I don't understand how the complain gets cancelled without the consumer getting any repair/replacement. Kindly look forward to it and do proceed. Or else we are sorry for the harsh step as a consumer from our side then after. Please Reply.
