Sir/Madam I took my TV to LG service -center (Suhag nagar-Rakesh refrigeration) for repair in Aug 2014 .Then I did not know what was process to repair.I was charged 345 Rs (225 Service charge+120 parts). But they did not give me any receipt. after 1 month, My tv was not working .LG personnel repaired it. and charged me 427 ( 337 service charge +90 parts).Customer care told me that service charge will be applicable only one time in three months. and service charge is 300 Rs.LG Personnel charge me 337 Rs .& This twice in one month...Plz take action against LG Authorized center located in firozabad (Suhag Nagar -Rakesh Refrigeration) Thank you
