LG Electronics — cheating customers with defective products

Mitchelle Desilva had bought an LG AC in Aug 2012 and the AC stopped working within 4 months. It took us nearly 2 months of follow up with the dealer and your service center to identify the issue and fix it. Since then our AC has stopped working 3 more times each within 4-5 months of repair and we have to keep following up for nearly 2 months to get the issue identified and sorted, Infact, there is also a payment of ~INR 4k to the LG authorized deal for each instance. My AC has again stopped working after my last rounds of repair and I am really fed up with pursuing your service centre each time to spend a few days figuring out the issue and not being able to rectify it. I have already written thrice on this forum but still no resolution. Really fed up with the product. Are you selling defective products so that you can make money on repairs ? This is the fifth time in 2 years that the AC has stopped working and your service centre is asking me once again to pay 7k. Eight times you have msged bk that someone will get in touch with me and I am providing my contact details for the fifth time I wrote on this forum on 21st Sept.
