Myself Santosh, I was purchased a LG LED TV model is LB56 in the month of November and your company executive visited to my place and wall mounted the TV, the wall mounting meterial is not the original LG product and because of duplicate wall mounting my TV has fallen on the table and full screen is smashed. I spoke to dealer and to your LG persons, also I raised the complained against the same but I'm not getting any solutions from the LG.
Your service engineers are saying that I have to pay Rs.13000/- for new screen, now my concern is why I have to pay any amount to LG? If your wall is original the I suppose to pay and that I can understand but this happen because of LG service, so I want the company should have to replace my TV with the new one, and I want the solution within 48 hours otherwise I have to go to the consumer forum and also I'll go with media.
I'm sending you the screenshots of TV and wall mount please do the need full and make it soon.
I'm having faith on LG, that's why I purchase only LG Products, but now after all this I'm worrying about purchasing LG products in future. I'm very upset with the LG services.
