[Resolved]  LG Electronics — Complaint for not working of my LG Fully automatic Washing Mechine Ref: Complaint No.[protected] Dt.09/09/14 and complant dtd.12/09/14

Dear Sir I am a LG consumer for your products like Washing mechine, Refrigerator, Air conditioner and Mobile Phone, on 9th Sept. I register a complaint for not working of my washing machine in your helpline no., but no reply from your side. On 12th I called your helpline no. a lady attended the call and she told me the computer system is not working, within 24 hours will call back me, after 24 hours no response again I called on 13th they give me Kochi local office Technician No.[protected]. Then I called the local technician for several times, he did not pickup the phone, finally he took the phone and said the concerned technician was on leave due to sick and he told me he will call me and attend the complaint. Finally there is no reply from your side and my washing machine is not working for last one week. So I request you to look in to this and do the needful.
