Dear Sir, We are having cooling problem in our ref. from day one and same has been informed at customer care, and executive ( Mr.Sanjay Yadav # [protected] )has been appointed by them but unfortunately condition is same and now after calling so many times the service executive stops responding and even not picking our calls . you are here by requested to resolve this on priority as summers have arived, failing this force us to take matter to consumer forum .
