LG Electronics — customer care service and wrong installation | |||
HI! There is co. LG and its after sale services in consideration, we had bought a product GL368YTQG4.DTIZEBN. FISTLY THE INSTALLATION was not done correctly . the door opens with full swing . It is making marks in the front panel. the installation person has put a electric tape bellow the the door setting, to do his adjustments. We request the replacement for the same, as this is a total fault of your installation people who u send .. kindly check the same at the location.. also suddenly three days back stopped working, after the compliant, the sms for the complaint no. didn't come, and we don't know our complaint no. but Mr Adil Khan is taking care of the service in Jaipur, no. [protected].. His person came saying the compressor gone down, this is covered under warranty but we have been raised a bill for what, this is compressor related problem, after changing, still the fridge not working..
