Had purchased LG led 55LB750T in August 2014. From Snehanjali. Kandivali west, Mumbai.
My complaint : The unit goes into switch off mode automatically. M after the customer care since last 5 mnths. Have mailed dem several times, kept on calling dem. bt all in vain. Their reply is always the same : the product is not in stock and v are trying to replace it. My problem is increasing day by day and m now fed up wid LG after sales service people.
After experiencing the LG aftr sales service i will now never buy or recommend a LG product
Hope to gt my LED unit replacemnt asap or refund my purchase amount
