[Resolved] LG Electronics — Defective motor in lg ac replace by motor of another company

We have purchased 3 new AC of LG Company(.75 ton) before 3 months.out of one is making very heavy noise we contact with customer care . on the visit of technicians they fount that motor is defective and insist to replace the defective motor by another company instead of original LG company.
we dont want replace the original motor by another company.
either replace the defective motor by original LG motor OR replace new AC.

complaint was only due to mis communication by technician.now authorised persons of company servie center kota again visit the site and discribe the actual facts of our problem.now we are fully satisfied with the service provided by by lg service center KOTA .now i hereby withdrow my complaint . I am submitting the letter of satisfaction for withdrow the complaint
