[Resolved] LG Electronics — Delay in AC repair and pathetic service | |||
I had to give my Split AC for repair. So i called the customer care centre in Mumbai to take my AC for repair.The pick up person came after 3 days to take the AC from my home inspite of customer care committing to take the AC within a day. Then now i am continously calling the service center for delivery of my AC. They said to deliver the AC on 22nd Oct 2014 but till date i have not received the same. Also they don't even bother to call and reconfirm when the AC will finally be delivered. I am sorry but this is substandard and pathetic service which i didn't expect from LG.You should change your tagline from "Life's Good" to "Consumer's Life Miserable" Was this information helpful? | |||
