LG Electronics — DELAYED RESPONSES FROM CUSTOMER CARE | |||
hello, i am very dissatisfied by the way yr customer care executive behaves with me. i have an LG mobile model no; LG P705 I GAVE IT TO THE CUSTOMER CARE CENTER ON ;10/03/2015 FOR REPAIR OF MY MOBILE SCREEN. THEY PROMISED ME IT WOULD TAKE 8-9 DAYS. AFTERWARDS EVERY TIME I HAVE TO CALL THEM TO KNOW IF MY MOBILE HAS BEEN REPAIRED OR NOT. WHEN I GOT THE MOBILE AFTER 9-10 DAYS, THERE WAS SOME GLUEDOT INSIDE THE SCRREN. I ASKED THEM TO REMOVE IT.THEY SAID IT WOULD TAKE ABOUT 3-4 DAYS. AND NOW..ITS BEEN ALREADY MORE THAN 10 DAYS, THEY ARE EVEN NOT PICKING UP MY CALL. I HAVE ALREADY PAID THE FULL AMOUNT OF 2, 360 RUPEE. I WANT STRICT ACTIONS TO BE TAKEN . I HAVEN'T GOT MY PHONE STILL. PLZ DO SOMETHING.
