I bought my lg g4 in the us and now im in india and im facing the bootloop problem which has been stated by lg that it is happening due to their fault. now my phone still didnot complete one year the service center is refusing to fix my problem here. how can a company like lg state that it is theit problem but refuse to fix it if they are out of the country. i hope lg would honour its fault and resolve my problem.

Been calling LG customer care, none of them know about features in their television.
I liked the DVB T2 and time machine feature and wanted to inquire about it but no one could explain the feature

Dont know if the TV is any good but the customer care has no knowledge about anything, that is sure.

still my problem is not resolved i got a call fro the customer care saying that you can purchase international warranty which will be explained by the local customer and the local customer care denys about the international warranty and no one responds to my query im being fooled around without any proper solution.
