LG Electronics — Fridge found broken inside parts | |||
Complaint noRNA[protected] filed on 22 May 2016 about broken part behind Door in Door found while receiving Fridge D-432HLAM. I refused delivery but the dealer Sargam Electronics, Mayur Vihar phase -3 assured prompt action. LG technician visited on 23 May 2016 assuring prompt action but to date no action but promises. I am NRI from Dubai with good experience on LG products in Dubai but in India the product seems to be of low quality and service is equally bad. You just lost one loyal customer of a decade. If no action is taken then I will take such steps as may be necessary to protect my interests Was this information helpful? | |||
