[Resolved] LG Electronics India Pvt. Ltd — Not giving Replacement of LED TV | |||
Dear Sir / Madam, I am Naresh Sitaram Patil, mobile number-[protected]/[protected]/[protected] I aggrieved customer of LG electronics. I purchased LG LED TV on 15/09/2014 from Arcee Electronics Vashi, Navi Mumbai-400076.But after 10 days of installation of LED TV there is problem in TV input I lodged complaint on LG Call center and complaint no is RNA[protected]. Company send service engineer and tell as that there is problem in LED TV Input panel we have replace this panel but company not ready for LED TV replacement. LG COMPANY PROVIDE US FAULTY LED TV HENCE SHOULD GIVE REPLCEMENT So Please help me immediate replacement of the defective set sold to me by LG Electronics company.
