LG Electronics — LED 3D TV COMPLAINT

hi..i have lg 32 lw 4500 3d tv. its 3 years old and have a problem with the panel board.i registered the complaint on 20/10/2014 (RNA[protected] .technician came to our home and he change the panel board and i pay for that INR.18200, but still is not working, when i check with him technician told me to change the mother board also .but still they didn't came back to me with the mother board.when i ask him he said i have to register a complaint again..last four months i am waiting for things to solved it. i don't understand why the things getting delayed?when i am calling them they are not answering the phone.when i send the sms no replay.LG is a such a big company and getting like this customer service is not acceptable.i have another two more product from LG model no.AKB[protected]HOME THEATRE) AND dr275-(dvd recorder) with non-working condition.when i check with the technician they said its not available in india.
