Sir. I purchased a led tv 32 LB 550A on 13th oct 2014 in pondicherry. i have a complaint that my tv display changed into black on 8/1/15, i called the custemer care and registered a complaint about the problem, RNA no
[protected], on the same day a service engineer came to home attend the Service and told that problem in the display pannel it may takes 2 or 3 days maximum, i said oKay change it as soon as possible. But today 12/1/15 after 4 days i called the service center they said that still that parts not received it may takes some more tIme. that part Will come from korea... i dont want to change anything now because its a brand new tv bought it only 2 months before. I want to replace my tv instead of changing the display pannel. do the needfUll i have the bill, warranty card and all..my mobile number [protected].
