I bought a microwave 32 Ltrs, without showing me started it and went away. It was working with lot of noise. I m working so after a month, while cleaning, I noticed that a rotating ring is missing. While attending my call, the LG Engineer said, I would have broke it or I should have informed then only. Question is if a customer can pay Rs 17000 for a Microwave, will he lie for a petty rotating ring cost Rs 200. And why the LG company should not be sincere enough to listen to its loyal customer and take a call on its cheating service engineers. Two of them attended the call, but none informed about the missing rotating ring. It's not about 200 Rupees, it's about feeling cheated and disgusted.
