By sep, 2016, i bought lg led 42' tv model lf6500. This is smart 3d tv. But this tv suddenly stopped working 8 days back. I handle tv very carefully, but suddenly it stopped working. This tv had 1 year warranty. So i registered a complaint (Complain no - rna[protected] with lg customer care. After couple of days, a technician visited, and examined the problem and suggested to change tv panel. For which i waited more than 4 days.
When technician came with new tv panel, and put new tv panel, still tv was not working. And technician suggested another option to fix the issue. And its more than 8 days, my repair service is still pending.
I think, the tv piece which i got is very defective one, so i requested service center for replacement, but service center not ready for replacement though tv is defective and under warranty period. Lg service center from pune india (Balaji electronics, hadapsar pune) not serving well. I followed up many times with lg customer care but, there is no action taken. Was this information helpful? |
