The led tv was purchased from thailand in december 2012. It created ceratin issues in the sensor initially which got rectified on complaint couple of times and now the problem has started again in mother board this time. The complaint was registered, the service engineer visited the place and said, since the tv is purchased from thailand we will not be able to help you out. Please get the motherboard from thailand and we will replace the same.
This is the most weird response i have received ever from a company representative.
