Madam / sir, With utmost regret i would like to draw your attention regarding poor service that my micro oven created a problem & i had made a complaint lg center bhubaneswar. They told to replace the touch pad & replaced a touch pad accordingly 7-8 months back. Again it had created the same problem. I had lodged a complaint (Three months back) to toll free number twice & inform the person who had worked at bhubaneswar lg service center & his cell no. Is [protected] but i do not know his name. Thousands time i have been telephoning to him regarding my problem but every time he tells a lie to me / pretends to me very frequently that part is not available in the company & your micro-oven & in my personal capacity i will repair it in manually as the parts is not available. You just wait for one day. Most of the times he shows is busy schedule. What can i do sir? Kindly guide me or else. I have never seen any poor service in my life. Being a customer nothing to do. If i will failure i should take shelter of the court. Hope you will consider my problem & solve the problem at the earliest possible. An early action in this connection is highly appreciated. Pl.
