I have raised a request (the request number is: Rna[protected] a long ago. The request was to replace a start membrane for our LG microwave oven. It was assigned to LG service center, K.R road, near Brigade MM, Banashankri, Banaglore, Karnataka, India. A representative by name Chandrakanth said he will do it before Feb 2014. But when I call him or his colleagues, they don't pick up the call. I visited many times the service center, but these people escape from the place every time.
Also, a person by name Pavan has collected our LG oven invoice and he is refusing to return the bill even after requesting many times.
It is very very very ... frustrating and I have not seen such hopeless treatment by any other vendor till date. Why you market the products in India when you can't handle customer requests and provide maintenance
