Dear Sir,
With reference to our numerous e-mail and telephone regarding the repair of the Television, I have Television
the Model No. 21FU8VGE and Serial No. 901NLHV002161. We have logged a complaint regarding the repair for the same on 8th October 2014.In this regard I would like to describe the following:-For the repairing LG technician (Mr. Manoj) has visited the place and he find the fault is in the Integrated Circuit (I.C.). The Part No. is VCD4924RP080. Now the Mr. Manoj has (technician) denied the same part will not be available in our Service Centre, Darbhanga. LG Customer Care Executive has already committed us that if the the Television would within 6 years than it will definitely will be repaired. Now I have talked LG Customer Care where we tele-conference with Mr. Arvind Kumar he is denying that the Television will not be repaired in any circumstances.
Or you have to carry your TV for the same. In this regard we have already told them we are living in Delhi and our father is layman and he cannot the carry the Television to the Service Centre. So once again I am requesting you to arrange the same part available in this area and replace the same at the earliest. Else will will take the legal action against the LG, and we are also from the PRESS "Dainik Jagron, Noida".
We have already paid the visiting charges to Mr. Manoj (Technician).
