LG Electronics — LG TV Display

Dear Sir, I have purchased LG Tv on sept 2013 from Snehanjali Electronics, Dahanu Road Yesterday all of a sudden my TV stopped working. I called LG service engineer and he came for repair, He told me the display of the TV has gone and need to be replaced The cost will be Rs 16000 How can a Display of TV gets damaged within two years. It seems that they are not selling genuine products. A branded company's TV should not get damaged within two years. Regards Felix Lukose
