[Resolved] LG Electronics — LG Washing Machine PCB gets faulty twice within two years of purchase and in a frame of two months

I have purchased a washing machine in 2011 Sept Oct and suddenly the START button of machine stopped functioning in the month of July 2014. I registered a complaint with LG for same. On visit techinician told me that the PCB has gone faulty and so will have to get it changed. This costed me 3500+ Rs. Within 2 months again the machine stopped working and had to register the complaint again. And again was told that the PCB has gone faulty and need to change the same and will cost around 5000 rs.
To add this complaint registered in Mumbai on 12th Aug was cancelled without any intimation and on discussion further at call center same service center number was given again.
This is absolutely sad and the support offered is really to be rated as Bad.
Adding I would not recommend to have LG products if this is the kind of service being provided.
