[Resolved] LG Electronics — Malpractice by LG service engineer, Amravati | |||
My LG refrigerator gone faulty, I have booked complaint with LG customer care No during Oct 2014. Service engg. attend the complaint and said compressor gone faulty and has to replace. If you replace it through LG service centre it takes more money and i have to repair it, and I can repair it personally with same material with less amount. Being service engg of LG I agree and allow him to repair. After repair the freeze will not work for few days also and now he is ignoring my phone also. In this matter LG centre is also not co-operating me. It means that they all are cheating the customer. I hope from his complaint I get any help from LG.
