i had complained and engineer came and ordered for the part to the company after waiting for 2 weeks they said that the same was broken in transit and they have no more part available and closed the service call on their own. This is 3 years old model and i need to scrap the same as shutter is not opening and rest it is working fine. The cost of the same is around Rs6500/-
