Dear Sir/ Madam, I own microwave Barbe cook grill model No MG607APR. I had requested for its repair on on 19 Feb 15 request ID RNA[protected] . The service rep visited my place on 20 Feb 15 only to inform that PCB
of model is non functional and no service support is available for the same . Please confirm has the service support for my model is no more available as per company policy?
What are the options available for a customer in this condition ?
