Most painful experience I have ever had with LG product.
I had bought the above registered fridge on 07.05.2010.
Suddenly it stopped working 15 days back.
After inspection by the service boy from LG, we were informed that the 'Electronic CARD' needs to be replaced, which is fixed in the upper part of the fridge.
Thereafter we immediately placed the order to replace it.
It has been more than 12 days since we had placed the order, but still not received the respective part. On enquiring with the concerned LG service centre, they say that
"the order has been placed but the same has not been dispatched till now and asked us to follow up in toll free no."
The Toll free no. says that we are looking into the matter.
Then we also filed complain with the LG support website, but again no response.
It appears that everyone is trying to escape from the responsibility and we remain in pain as the fridge is not working and most of our essentials are getting destroyed without cold storage.
Do the needful or else we shall knock the concerned court for redressal.
