Dear sir, My LG monitor Is purchased on 15-may-2012 it is under warranty now, its display problem i lodge a compliant on 02/04/2015 Request id:RNA[protected], some one is called me and told bring your Bill and closed the Call with out my knowledge, again i went along with Bill they lodge a new compliant RNA[protected] date 06/04/2015 now Mr. Ramu ([protected])he is saying it is Duplicate Bill go and serarch the shop, i called shop distributor and gave to ramu he is asking his invoice (distributer ) bill. the shop dealer telling its long year back bill its taking long time to collect a bill. regarding this i suffer lot to speck with your service center and distributer, here with i have attached My bill copy, if you want any clarification you speak with the distributer and do the needful.
