We purchased 32inch LCD LG on 29/11/2009 with product details given below.

Last week we had problem with LCD (Only sound with no Picture) and lodged complaint with customer support dated 21/11/2015 (Ref: RNA[protected] and the technician named Brijpal visited our place.
I was surprised and shocked with the response from your technician regarding the problem. Initially we were told that some part is damaged and he will arrange for the same but after couple of days we were told that part cannot be arranged since the model has been discontinued and you have replace your LCD with the new one.
It is really surprising that with the brand like LG, how one can expect such response. Infact we bought LCD for Rs 30000.00 keeping in mind the reputation of LG and how can you expect that we will simply replace it with none of our fault. In case you have discontinued the product so you should atleast keep the spares in your inventory or provide replacement and charge the cost of the spare. How can you expect customer to suffer just because of your technology advancements. It’s not just Rs 100 or 200 but its question of Rs 30000.00. We never faced such issues with any other brand in the past. This is something you have to take care with utmost sincerity and you cannot simply give such response of replacing LCD and getting out of the situation. I am really hurt and don’t want to suffer just because of your inventory problems. Kindly look into this issue and advice appropriate solution since i am not interested to replace the set just because of the conditions that is no way concerned to me. This excuse cannot be expected with the big brand like LG since you spend crores in advertisement and you don’t keep the spares for the product that gets 6 year old. It’s really pathetic for a brand like LG? I am looking forward to early solution from your end.
