LG Electronics — Overcharging in repair of washing machine | |||
I have got the LG semi auto washing machine repaired through the LG service executive(Arjun-[protected]) last month. the person charged me Rs1400/-, but when i asked for the bill, he said it will come through mail. it has been over a month now & i am yet to get the bill. i have even complained telephonically to the local LG service manager Ms.Nisha Parmar([protected]) but nothing has happened. I got to know that I have been overcharged & now thay are trying to avoid & not responding. Was this information helpful? | |||
