LG Electronics — Pathetic after sale service

Had given my nexus 4 to dadar serivce center on 15/11/2014, with valid warranty. Was told id get it in 10 days. called the toll free number and they said it had been cancelled as they could not get in touch with me.this is a lie as i had recieved msgs saying parts had been ordered. the contact number on the job sheet [protected] is invalid. How do i know whats happening? Is this any way to treat a customer? do you expect me to keep making trips to the service center just to inqure about complain statuses? RNA[protected] job sheet number
