I purchased a front load washing machine on Sunday the 22nd May 2016 and
received on the very next day. I was assured that the installation will
happen by Tuesday the 24th May but had not happened till date.I have
escalated to local team at LG and nothing happened. Now I got a call that
in 5 days the request gets closed automatically. If the installation has
not happened, how can the ticket get closed. Daily I get a call telling
that Engineer will visit and install. I am made to wait daily, but no one
turns up. And they have closed the ticket stating that tickets gets automatically closed in 5 days.
GUYS, STOP BUYING LG. LET US ALL TEACH THEM A LESSON. Was this information helpful? |
